THE ROLE: Senior layout/mask design engineer with more than 6 years experience
REQUIREMENTS:
* Develops and prepares multi-dimensional layouts and detailed drawings of the semiconductor devices from schematics and related geometry provided by design engineering;
* Knowledge of CMOS and BiCMOS technologies;
*Cadence design environment and Calibre tools;
*Design to prevent ESD and Latchup problem;
* Proven experience in physical design of basic analog building blocks like op-amp, references, ADC, DAC, regulators;
* Capability to manage physical design from initial floorplan to Tape Out.
