Our client in Dublin 12 is recruiting for a Sales Office Administrator. This is a permanent position. Experience within FMCG sector is essential.

Duties:
  • Dealing with customer queries in a timely manner
  • Dealing with pricing queries
  • Provide support to the sales team and keep them updated in terms of promotions etc
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Order processing
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Compiling reports


Requirements:
  • 2 years administrative experience is essential
  • Experience within the FMCG sector is essential
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel is required
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Order management experience would be a distinct advantage
