La crème, Cork's leading office support recruitment agency, are currently seeking an experienced Part Time PA for a 7 month contract. This role requires an immediate start.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing secretarial support to members of management
  • Organising travel arrangements
  • Diary management
  • Managing emails and correspondences
  • Organising meetings
  • Taking minutes in meetings
  • Maintaining strong internal communications
  • General adhoc duties as required


Experience Required:
  • 3-4 years experience providing PA support to management level
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Experience working in a multinational / manufacturing / pharmaceutical environment essential
