Sales Support Administrator for PBrecruitment Ltd, Limerick City:
This is an Internship arranged with FAS under the JobBridge programme, where an allowance of €50 per week will be paid in addition to the job seekers current Social Welfare payment. It is an initial 6 mth part time contract, with 30 hrs per week.

Philip Brady Recruitment Ltd trading as PBRecruitment is a small specialist IT recruitment agency based in serviced offices in Roselawn House, Castletroy, Limerick. The company was established by Philip Brady in 2010.
Role:
This is a part time role (30 hrs per week, flexible, to be decided in conjunction with the job holder). This job is offered on an initial temporary basis. In this role you will be reporting directly to the MD and will support him in his daily business activities.
This role is a combination of PA, office admin and sales support. A key focus of this role will be researching the jobs market for suitable candidates for various clients’ recruitment requirements.
As this is a small company, an essential element of this role will include working by yourself on frequent occasions, on an on-going basis, so you should be comfortable with this!
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Inputting Cvs into an online database (Arithon) and updating the candidate database.
· Candidate research activities, using Monster, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter etc), job boards etc.
· Assisting in various online media marketing activities e.g. LinkedIn, jobs boards blogs etc, specifically by posting job adverts on various LinkedIn groups, and other job boards.
· Assist in arranging interviews.
· Assist in various on-going business development activities.
· Re-writing and improving candidates CVs.
· Other admin and sales support activities as may be required from time to time.
Candidate profile:
Educated to degree level, the ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a business to business environment, and you would like to develop a long term career in the fast paced IT recruitment sector. You are an EC citizen who is already living in Limerick, with strong admin skills and excellent attention to detail.
You have a proven ability to work on own initiative, to a very high level of accuracy. You are highly motivated and you have good IT skills (email, web, MS Word, Excel, and in particular using databases).
You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a solid grasp of English spelling and grammar. You should have a keen interest in the IT&C sector. You are comfortable with social media and are already active on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc.
A background in recruitment admin, software sales or any role focusing on services the software sector would be desirable.
