Excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Clerk to join this well established company as part of the accounts team. This is a contract role covering maternity leave and will commence mid March.

The role includes:

-Accurate data input of detailed invoices
-Cash management and treasury reporting to head office
-Assisting with month end close that will include journals, provision and prepayments
-Nominal ledger / balance sheet reconciliations
-VAT return
-Preparation and processing of monthly employee expense
-Assisting Financial Accountant with ad hoc duties

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS


• Previous experience in a busy accounts role beneficial
• Willing to work closely within our small team
• Knowledge of SAP accounting software an advantage
• The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good organisation and administrative skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills
