Key purpose of the role:
To lead the creation, deployment and embedding of the Organisational Development strategy engaging with the senior leadership team to ensure delivery of key business strategies and change programmes; driving a high performance workforce.

Key Result Areas:
Change management and internal communications
* Preparing the infrastructure and management capability for organizational change ensuring a consistent and successful approach to business-wide strategic programmes globally

Training and Development
* Designs a strategy for training and development for staff and leadership team to ensure delivery of key strategic initiatives

Performance Management
* Develop a culture that drives and rewards high performance
* Ensure Performance Management is directly linked to the reward

Leadership Development & Coaching
* Develop tools and techniques which embed company essentials and leadership competencies
* Design and deliver effective leadership development initiatives that support executive teams in delivering the strategic objectives of the business

Employer Brand & Talent Attraction
* Develop an Employee brand which increases the profile of the business and our employment offering which attracts, develops and retains the best talent available
* Ensure that all Organisational Development initiatives are aligned closely with the Employer Brand and are communicated effectively to employees through consistent messages that link directly to the Engagement Strategy

Organisation Design
* Work closely with the Global director and first reports to ensure their organisations are fit for purpose
* Advise, coach and support implementation of strategic organisation design and restructures

Technology
* Deploy technology tools to increase organizational effectiveness and communication including talent management, talent acquisition, learning and development

Role Requirements
Frequent international travel is required

Salary Range 80-85K
