My client is a large Irish Financial Services organisation. To support a major business objective, we are now seeking to recruit a number of Customer Service Officials, based across the Cork and Kerry regions.
Locations will include various towns across Cork suburbs, North Cork, East Cork, West Cork, Kerry.
These are 2 year fixed-term contracts.
Candidates should be able to commence employment from March/April 2012 and will possess the following;
- proven experience of working in a challenging and competitive, customer focused environment - proven experience of resolution of customer queries and "going the extra mile" for your customer - a career-focus with ambition to develop and progress - superior communication skills - written and verbal - an ability to work on own initiative and interact as part of a dynamic and motivated team - minimum 400 leaving certificate points OR a 3rd Level Degree
Key duties & responsibilities will include: - maintenance of a strong relationship with existing clients through superior customer service - play active role in ensuring the business adheres to best in class service to customer base - identify and develop new business opportunities - work as part of a team to develop the business
Selection process will include an assessment and an interview with start dates in March and April 2012. Successful candidates will be expected to complete QFA modules within a specified timeframe following commencement of employment.
