Our company, a progressive and growing outsource provider, currently have vacancies for experienced, motivated, positive and sales focussed telesales agents to join our team. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

    Inbound/outbound call handling

    Analyzing customer needs, pitching potential benefits and closing the sale.Meeting daily, weekly and monthly targets

    Identify opportunities to improve sales process and share learning’s with other agents and team leaders

Skills required:
    Telesales experience/ Field Sales experience
    Pro-active customer and target focused

    An excellent communicator with the ability to develop good rapport
    Positive attitude

    Computer literate and excellent English
