Hedge Fund Accountant - Global FS- Cork

Duties:

  • Sign off on daily checklists for all net asset values (NAVS)
  • Ensure NAVs are accurately prepared for Supervisor review and reported within deadlines
  • Prepare and calculate accurate NAVs across all funds
  • Adhere to company standard procedures and controls
  • Prepare cash and asset reconciliations for review and sign off
  • Price tolerance checks
  • Communicate issues that arise to Supervisor
  • Maintain daily and monthly files
  • Ensure client requests are addressed within an agreed timescale
  • Complete monthly client checklists
Requirements:

  • 3rd level qualification in business or related
  • 2+ years fund accounting or financial/accounting experience in a high volume environment would also be considered
  • Strong communication, self motivation and attention to detail skills.
