We are currently seeking an experienced Store Managers for a fast paced high street fashion retail store in the Midlands and Kildare areas.

The Role:
Store Managers and Assistant Managers are the key to a successful store. They play a vital role in the day to day running of a busy fashion store. They are the key drive in ensuring Sales Targets and KPI's are being met at all times, while consistently mantaining the highest possible standards of Customer Service.
Duties and requirements of the Store Manager:
- To ensure smooth running of the store at all times
- Working to many KPI's and Targets
- Merchandising and keeping shop floor to high standards expected
- Providing a five star Customer Service at ALL times
- Managing and motivating a busy Sales team
- Being aware of competitor activity at all times
- To communicate with Head Office, and report to Area Management
Applicants MUST have an outgoing, bubbly and friendly personality, as Customer Service and Communication Skills are of the essence for this role.
Must also have Managerial experience in a High Street Fashion Retail background. An interest and knowledege in fashion is a must!!!
