Our Clare based client is looking to recruit a French Customer Account Representative .

We are looking for a self-motivated, outgoing individual with a proven track record as a key account / relationship manager. The role is available for immediate start.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Represent the company in a professional manner by maintaining and enhancing a positive business relationship with customers & sales representatives.
Proactively communicate service-related issues including product availability, pricing and promotions, and demonstrate an understanding of the customer's business.

Manage customer orders from time of receipt through invoicing.
Ensure accuracy of purchase orders, pricing, confirm material availability while considering version substitution opportunities.
Proactively work with the Supply planning team to resolve specific inventory availability issues with specific customer orders.
Manage customer backlogs
Interact with other personnel within supply chain to ensure that orders are delivered to meet customer expectations.
Respond in a timely and effective manner to customer inquiries
Work in close coordination with accounting personnel in support of deduction avoidance and expedient resolution of open deductions.
Proactively identify ongoing issues and address root causes.
Communicate across all departments to ensure Customers needs are met
Communicate in a positive manner with all groups to ensure positive win-win relationships
Complete other projects / tasks as assigned from time to time. Requirements / Essential Skills / Attributes:
Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in a seniorcustomer services role.
Highly energetic and self-starter
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Outgoing / confident nature
Excellent attention to detail with a preference towards customer relationship management.
Excellent time management skills.
Decision-making, problem resolution and resourceful thinking skills.
Ability to multi-task across various tasks with shifting priorities.
Fluent French and English both written and spoken
Second European language advantageous but not essential.
